I’M HERE TOO is a Live Presence Network designed to connect an eligible request with a verified person already at, near, or naturally passing the relevant place. A Presence Member chooses whether to accept; availability and completion are not guaranteed.

Live Presence is the network signal used to check whether an eligible Presence Member may already overlap with a request in place, timing, or route. It is not a public people-tracking map, and a match occurs only after a Presence Member actively accepts.

Choose a request type, enter the pickup and handoff details, and submit. The network checks compatible nearby Presence. If a verified Presence Member accepts, both sides can follow the pickup and confirmed handoff in the product.

The two core request types are collecting an order you already paid for and purchasing an eligible nearby item for a confirmed handoff. Supported categories can include food and drinks, groceries, pharmacy basics, retail, flowers, gifts, electronics, and dry cleaning. Restricted, regulated, unsafe, oversized, or policy-prohibited items are not supported.

No. Availability changes by place, time, eligibility, and member choice. The product is designed to prioritize useful overlap, but it does not guarantee that a Presence Member will be available, accept, or complete every request.

A Presence Member is a person who completes the product’s required account and eligibility steps and can choose requests that fit where they already are or where they are naturally going. Presence Members are not required to work shifts or accept every opportunity.

Scheduled Presence is a private, member-controlled availability signal. A Presence Member can add a public place and approximate time already in their day so the network can look for compatible opportunities. The schedule is not published to requesters and does not automatically accept a request.

Presence Members must complete the account, identity, eligibility, and trust steps required for the applicable launch program before receiving eligible opportunities. The current requirements are disclosed during onboarding and may vary by market or request type.

You purchase directly from the business, then provide the order confirmation, pickup name, and handoff instructions. An eligible Presence Member may accept the request, collect the prepared order, and bring it to the confirmed handoff point.

Describe the eligible item, where it should be purchased, your budget, and the handoff. After an accepted Presence Member completes the purchase and uploads the store receipt, the verified receipt determines the exact merchandise subtotal and store tax.

For Buy & Bring, you are charged only the verified merchandise subtotal, actual store tax, and the disclosed $5 Presence Member Thank-You. The merchandise amount is based on the verified store receipt. The platform fee is waived for launch, and no $1.99 platform fee is added.

In-product messaging becomes available after a Presence Member accepts and a match is confirmed. It is intended for request, pickup, timing, and handoff updates connected to the active request.

The requester chooses an available meeting point and provides clear instructions. Both sides use the confirmed request details, and the product’s completion step records the handoff.

No. Exact private schedules and continuous personal location histories are not published to requesters. The product may use limited location and timing signals to check compatibility, then shares only the information needed for an accepted request.

The experience is designed around verified accounts, controlled request details, visible match information, in-product communication, receipt or pickup confirmation where applicable, clear handoff instructions, and support tools. No system eliminates all risk, so users should also follow the current safety guidance shown in the product.
